By accessing or using the Veritas Lab services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt our platform.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property on the platform remains the sole property of Veritas Lab or its licensors. You retain ownership of the documents you upload.
5. Uploaded Content
You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded documents solely for providing our Services. We do not claim ownership of your documents.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Veritas Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec, Canada.
